Who we are
This page is run by RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE., BROKERAGE. We are responsible for the personal information collected here.
What we collect
What you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, whether you’re buying to live or invest, and whether you already have a realtor.
How you found us: the ad campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring site.
Ordinary analytics: pages viewed and buttons clicked, measured with cookies and similar tools from Meta and Google when they’re enabled.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry about Navera: sending floor plans, pricing and release information, and contacting you by phone, text or email.
If you ticked the box for other releases, to email you about other new homes in Brampton and Caledon. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To measure which ads work, so we spend less showing ads to people who aren’t interested.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the brokerage named above, with service providers that deliver email and store leads for us, and, for ad measurement, with Meta and Google. Your email and phone are hashed (scrambled one way) before they’re sent to Meta or Google.
We don’t pass your details to the builder without your permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example, records of a completed purchase).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing hello@brandnewhomesgta.com. You can also reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads in your Meta and Google account settings.
Questions or complaints
Email hello@brandnewhomesgta.com. If we can’t resolve a concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
